Let see how far I’ve come. These are some of the resolution I have made for 2009.

1. Create a Facebook account: CHECKED.
Though I never really been very active on it.
2. Save $1 a day till the end of the year. NEVER HAPPENED.
The only money that is being pumped into my ATM comes from the pay and Hari Raya kachinngs.
3. Get a job during the late Jan to March holidays: CHECKED.
4. Get a new hobby that does not require much money: CHECKED.
Those LBD books are definitely worth the trip to the library. Apart from purchased LBD books, I think I have save quite a fair bit.
5. I want a new hairstyle. NEVER HAPPENED.
It’s still the same at style- side swept fringe and loose curls. Colour-wise, dyed it during Hari Raya, the same Chestnut Brown I dyed in 2008 just to maintain the colour.
6. Try not to bite my nails. Goodness, this bad habit has got to go: NEVER HAPPENED, PERIOD.
7. Ensure myself that school will be fun, fun , fun with close friends around. No more “Amaciamm” days: CHECKED. This year, there were much lesser ‘Amaciamm’ days, but still I can’t help it when the kening goes up up and away.
8.Widen my current circle of friends: CHECKED. New colleagues, New classmates, New faces, New friendships.
9. I will turn 18. I want to stay grounded: CHECKED. Been two months since 18th, never did anything illegal.
10. Be smarter, in all ways possible. Yeah, this is very important: I THINK SO.
11. I want to learnt how to cook. NEVER HAPPENED. Never passed beyond breakfast of scrambled eggs and hotdogs.
12. Don’t worry, Be Happy: CHECKED.
13. Explore the East side more: NEVER HAPPENED. A trip to Uniqlo at Tampines does not mean that I have explored the East side.
14. Pray and grow stronger spiritually: SAD TO SAY, NEVER HAPPENED.
15. Stick to the plans that I’ve made: TO A CERTAIN EXTENT, CHECKED.
2009: Been a great year, despite the fact that I’ve came across people whom I wish were inexsistent.
- Lady Gaga conquered the music scene with over the top performances.
- Barack Obama became President.
- Sezairi Sezali is the 3rd Singapopre Idol. (Don’t have to vote to know that he will win)
- S.I.A and the Cliques birthday celebrations went well. <3 <3
- The Quilettes ( JACOB and EMBRY)

Would have been better if Adam Lambert won American Idol and the King of Pop- Michael Jackson is still alive. Speaking of which, after his passing on and all the tribute shows on the telly, I began to listen to his songs. And boy, it was good. Now, Billie Jean and Beat It (to name a few) are on my iTunes.
As for 2010, I don’t bother to come out with a list. Just go with the flow and see what happens. Why? Because I said so. Haven’t you heard? Life ain’t nothing but a hair flip *flips hair*
If your 2010 is not as rockin’ as mine, then remember,
“WHEN I GET SAD, I STOP BEING SAD AND BE AWESOME INSTEAD. TRUE STORY.”
According to Barney Stinson from ‘How I Met Your Mother’.

LIKE DUHHHH...
Such a rhetorical question!
Dun have to vote to know the result.

I thought Avatar would be the last movie I watched in 2009.
Then it hit me, that I must watch Avatar in 3D and then Alvin and The Chipmunks 2 before 2010.
Thus, 29 December: Avatar 3D.
30 December: Alvin and the Chipmunks.

Mediocre plot, super-duper-over-the top-cannot-beat-Japanese-girls-kawaiiness characters.
All 6 are so cute to the max.
If there were plush toys of the chipettes, I think I would want to purchase them.
****
Movies, It's A Wrap.
In 2009, here's the list.
1. Bride Wars
2. The Other End Of The Line
3. Confession of a Shopaholic
4. 17 Again
5. Terminator Salvation
6. Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen
7. Ice Age 3: Dawn of The Dinosaurs
8. UP
9. Orphan
10. The Hangover
11. The Proposal
12. Fame
13. The Ugly Truth
14. My Sister’s Keeper
15. New Moon
16. Avatar
17. Avatar 3D
18. Alvin and the Chipmunks 2
The ones in italics are just some of my favourites.
Accorrding to my list of new years resolution, I vowed to watched one movie per month. As you can see, there should be 12 movies. Thus, one resolution: NEVER HAPPENED.

The Trouble with Valentine's Day
Valentine's Day sucks.
And this year it's worse than usual for Kate Hamilton as she tries to seduce a handsome stranger in a motel bar – only to find out he, unfortunately, has other ideas!
Escaping from embarrassment to her grandfather's tiny town of Gospel, Ohio, she's determined to relax and enjoy some good, clean, small-town fun. What she's not expecting is a reunion with Mr Handsome Stranger, aka Rob Sutter, who, it just so happens, lives in the town.
But then Rob and Kate find themselves in a compromising position in the local store after hours, giving the phrase "clean-up in aisle five" a whole new meaning and, in the process, causing a whole lot of gossip in Gospel!

* Blows dust away*
If you were to come here for the last few 373662 days, you would have seen a picture of Jacob Black- for I was just to lazy to even log in to Blogger and update strawberry-lipgloss
A picture of his fever pitch abs, flawless skin- well, you can see but you cannot touch (damn)
So, it got a lil jaded thus, I decided to update with a quickie.

Out with RPL yesterday and we watched AVATAR.
It was a visual feast, a damn good one.
I secretly want to watch it again- this time in 3D.
I want to know which scenes will actually be right in front of you.
But the silly thing was, I exit the cinema with a sore neck.
Thanks to the 153 minutes of awesome effects.
After the movie, was Karoeke.
It was my second attempt of singing into a microphone.
Let's just say- I don't sound that good.
It was an effort on my part to sing in another language- Hindi.
Thats only because "Oh My Darling" was easy and there were lyrics.
Apart from that, my Hindi is inexistent.
FYP mode: SWITCHED ON.

New Moon: CHECKED.
After completing the book, got excited to watch the movie.
Yesterday was the official opening and Grand Cathay was darn packed.
The tickets were probably sold out, the cinema was full house.
I enjoyed the movie, despite the fact that they got mediocre reviews in the newspaper.
There's just something irresistable about the characters played.
Like we don't go gaga over Robert Pattinson but Edward Cullen is more than just being a 'vegetarian' blooksucker.
Side track: I don't think Ed Westwick is over the top smokin', but Chuck Bass is...Chuck Bass.
Get my point?
Anyway, another reason why New Moon get the two thumbs up is because of the Quiletes.
They're just fever pitch HOT, Jacob Black in particular.
The whole cinema, including us, went "Ahhh.." when he took off his shirt, exposing flawless packs.
The others in the wolf pack were no exception.
Screams, HOTNESS.
Oh well, apart from Jacob, I thought Embry was rather good looking.
He's on the most right in the picture below.
A so-so in the picture, but on screen Embry's my pick- though he's a lil less buff than the others.
Bronzed/Dark skin are just looks effing gorgeous on them. I like.
(Chuck Bass' fair skin is an exceptional)
I wouldn't be suprised if I see anyone walking down the streets with an arm tatoo like the Quiletes. It's tribal and it's unique. Plus points.

If only Chuck Bass/Ed Westwick were to play Edward Cullen, I think I'd be a Team Edward, despite how "I-want-to-touch-your-abs" hot Jacob Black is. But I'd rather Mr Bass suited up, living the good life with his awesome other half in Upper East Side than fighting againts the Volturri in Italy or mending his broken heart in Forks.

So, I'm done with the second series of the saga and I'm damn proud of myself being able to complete 563 pages of New Moon. Oh my god, I'm so excited to watch the movie tomorrow with the girlfriends. *Big Smile*

So yeah, tomorrow is the supposed opening of New Moon but many would have already caught the sneak preview. Nevertheless, we already bought the tickets since last week and they are now in the safe hands of Yaya. The "G" row, almost to the centre so as to get the best view of Taylor Lautner hot bod.
3rd December.
The Grand Cathay.
4. 15pm.
School doesn't end till 4.
So how?
Kening go up up and away lah, kening fly high already.
Excitedness to the max .
Happitification pleaseee.
